Client Services Rep

A premier health insurance agency, is looking for a positive, hard-working team player to provide support in the administration and servicing of the day-to-day business with client accounts. The qualified candidate will provide customer service and administrative support to the brokers within the company. Duties include handling client calls for coverage/information; entering and compiling data; performing routine clerical tasks and administrative details; and entering new business applications and processing standard renewals. Position provides general support throughout the process and assists team in meeting business plan objectives. Qualified candidates will have demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work collaboratively, deliver timely and accurate work products with a customer service focus, and respond with a sense of urgency when required. Should have strong customer service, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and strong analytical, independent decision making and multitasking skills. Computer skills with advanced level experience in MS Excel required. Good customer service attitude. Must have the ability to work in a team environment. College degree or equivalent work experience; 1-3 years customer service experience and 1-3 years benefits/insurance experience. Full-time position, Wage is $27-32K/YR DOE.
